What you may do
Use the site freely, for personal or commercial play, on any device, as often as you like, without payment or registration. Link to it, recommend it, and use it at your game night, club or pub quiz.
What you may not do
- Copy the site's written content wholesale and publish it as your own. Quoting a paragraph with a link back is fine and welcome.
- Attempt to disrupt the site, probe it for vulnerabilities without permission, or use automated tools to place load on it.
- Frame or reproduce the site in a way that misrepresents who operates it, or that obscures or interferes with advertising.
No warranty
The site is provided "as is". We try hard to get the scoring rules right and test them thoroughly, but we do not guarantee that the site is error-free, always available, or that it implements the exact rules your table plays. Farkle house rules vary widely; the variants page is honest about what is and is not supported.
Your games and leaderboard are stored only by your own browser. They can be lost if you clear your browser data, use private browsing, switch devices or change browsers. Do not rely on this site as a permanent record of anything that matters to you.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the site, including lost scores, lost games, or the outcome of any dispute at your table. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Advertising and third-party links
The site displays advertising supplied by third parties and may link to other websites. We do not control the content of those ads or sites and are not responsible for them. See the privacy policy for how advertising cookies are handled.
Intellectual property
Farkle itself is a traditional public-domain dice game and nobody owns the rules. The written content, design and software of this site are ours. This site is independent and not affiliated with any commercial edition of the game or its trademark holders.

These terms may change; the date above will reflect it. Continued use after a change means you accept the revised terms.
